Question 1

How do I request an inspection?

Accepted Answer

Use the inspection enquiry form to describe your roof concern, when you noticed it and whether there is a leak. You can also share whether you are considering repair or replacement, the property postcode and a phone number. A Hailnook team member will review your enquiry and follow up by phone. Submitting the form is an enquiry only; it does not reserve an inspection time.

Question 2

What roof details or photos should I share?

Accepted Answer

Describe what you can see, where the concern is and when you first noticed it. Include whether a leak is active, happened recently or is uncertain, and whether you are considering a repair or replacement. Photos are optional, so you can send an enquiry without them. Do not go onto the roof to take photos. If Hailnook shares a secure web follow-up link, you can use it to add photos later.

Question 3

How does SMS follow-up support my enquiry?

Accepted Answer

The current enquiry form says a Hailnook team member will follow up by phone. The app can prepare SMS-ready drafts, but it is not currently connected to send or receive SMS, so it will not send you an automatic text. If Hailnook shares a secure web follow-up link, you can use it to answer a question or add photos. That link is not an appointment confirmation, and the enquiry does not reserve an inspection time.
